Mindful year of Happiness, Health & Wellbeing 🧘‍♂️


Back in January 2022, I had an idea.

Just a small seed 🌱

But I decided to plant it all the same!

I wanted to share health, wellbeing and mindfulness tips in a creative way - activities, events or ideas you could try, or take part in at home or work. And all of them to support mental health and emotional wellbeing. And maybe bring a little more happiness.

So the first Waking Waves wellbeing calendar was born in February! I called it “Wellbeing Wrapped Up”. And since then I’ve wrapped up another 10 wellbeing calendars, adding a little more each step of the way.

With January break planned for the calendar…and feeling reflective as we approach 2023, I want to share all 11 together. So here they are…

From April onwards, each of the calendars has a blog here on Waking Waves. And each features an ‘end of month’ themed quote.
